Before founding INCANTO Real Estate, Mariela spent 11 years as a Sales Manager at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residences, one of the Caribbean’s most prestigious luxury resorts. This experience gave her a unique understanding of the expectations of discerning buyers, second-home owners, and international clients drawn to Puerto Rico’s resort lifestyle.

She holds several professional designations including ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and GMS (Global Marketing Specialist).
