My husband and I always wanted to pursue having a 2nd home in PR to get away for the NJ winters. Of course there was hesitation due to the many online so called bad experiences with Real Estate agencies and long and drawn out processes. Our experience was truly awesome, if not a great one. Our agent Rhona Rivera Desiderio was truly the best. Unlike other agents Rhona truly cared about our unique situation. The way Rhona personalized our home buying process was simply amazing. Her attention to detail , patience, and local market knowledge made us feel completely at ease. Rhona has now become a great friend and still connects to make sure we are still good. I would be remiss not to mention Pedro who also walked us through some action items. Overall the experience with Incanto was a plus A.
